General conditions of sale

In all rentals, you will find the following equipment: kitchen utensils, dishes, refrigerator, gas or electric hob, outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Parking for one car.

Water, gas and electricity consumption are included in the rental price.

It is essential to bring household linen: sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.

In season, rentals are for a minimum of 4 days, from 3 p.m. for arrival, before 10 a.m. for departure.

A deposit of €750 will be requested upon arrival for rentals. At the end of the stay, complete cleaning is the responsibility of the customer; the equipment and rental must be returned in a perfectly clean state. In the event that damage is noted, it will be invoiced to the person responsible at cost price with immediate payment.

Tents/caravans must leave before 12 noon.
